Limeburners Port Cask Strength Western Australian Single Malt Whisky 700ml (ABV 61%)Morish and indulgent, Port Cask Strength has been bottled straight from the barrel at full strength, achieving rich and delicious Port characteristics. This is whisky as it sits in the cask and is bottled as single cask expressions. This Port Cask Strength is made to savour. This dark to ruby red single malt has been first aged in ex bourbon American oak before being further matured in an Australian Port cask, for a complex, rich and decadent result.

Palate - Full-bodied

This release has been matured for at least 12 years in a combination of American and European oak casks

it has a beautifully smooth mouth-feel with evidence of sweetness from its sugarcane origins

Exotic fruit notes push through as well

Perhaps a trace of sawn wood

Shinobu vintage expressions are made by carefully selecting quality whiskies from different distilleries
