.458 265gr Flat Base Raptor - 50ct50ct This Flat Base Raptor was designed specifically for the 458 SOCOM. Instead of mushrooming, these hollow points are designed so that after 1 2" of penetration, 6 blades break off and radiate outward in a start pattern while the base continues on for even deeper penetration. A minimum impact velocity of 1400fps is required for the hollow point to function as intended. These bullets are not recommended for use in rifles with a twist faster than 1 6".
