Produced by Aioi Unibio in Aichi Prefecture near Nagoya, they only produce whisky for a few weeks a year, otherwise only sochu and sake. This whisky is characterized by its mild flavor. This bottling is from the 1980s and features the old bottle design. Due to its age, the bottle has signs of storage and aging on the label!

This "ClockBottle" was sold only in the distillery shops in Yoichi and Miyagikyo
