Unusual Lowestoft sparrowbeak creamer painted with a chinoiserie scene c.1770-5Description. Painted with one of the numerous chinoiserie scenes produced by the factory, but not of a common pattern. The scene is in the typically simple and amusing style of the factory, here featuring a woman seated on a rocky outcrop, apparently engaged in conversation with a maleservant or itinerant vendor.
