Of the remaining casks in the distillery which reflected the unhurried and artisanal approach to the production of single malts in the 70’s most were overpowered by the wood in which they had remained for so long

finishing with some balancing oak

It is a sore-throat wine

maturing Claret from one of the region’s very best producers
