December 2011 - Dashboard, Fascias & Doorcaps
With car in the bodyshop for welding and painting and having purchased some suitable Walnut veneer from a timber importer in Bristol, it was a good opportunity to attempt refurbishing the cars' woodwork. Water had damaged the old veneer and repairs were required to both the glovebox facsias - a previous owner had drilled through them to attach warning lights and had also fixed switches to the facsias using woodscrews.
