I have always had a liking for craftwork, woodwork in particular. It seemed the most natural thing when I retired to continue and try developing these interests into more of a hobby pastime. Most of the items seen here were made as presents for my grandchildren and other family members, a few were given as donations to a couple of my favourite charities. It never occurred to me to sell any of them. If I were to calculate just the labour involved (let alone the cost of materials) the prices would be formidable - my profit is in the pleasure I gain in the making and giving of them.
