April 2012 - Wheels, Boot & Glass Fitting
New boot linings were made using 2.3mm mill board using the old linings as templates. The leather tool roll was cleaned and refurbished along with all of the tools in it. All of the wheels were derusted and repainted, later having new tyres fitted. A new scuttle vent assembly had been sourced (the old one having rusted away completely) and this was fitted along with new windscreen washer jets. Finally the refurbished window channelling with new felt inserts was fitted followed by the window glass and new glass to door weather seals.
